This random character is Cherise Glover, former girlfriend of Dwayne Forge and later dated Jayvon Simson, the man who ratted out Dwayne. She will be available as a random character after the storyline mission "The Holland Play" and only if she is spared during another storyline mission "Ruff Rider". She will be available 24 hours in-game time near Cluckin' Bell in North Holland. However, this random character is not required for 100% completion because it is up to the player if Cherise should be spared or not.
Niko meets Cherise on an encounter and she asks him for help on her new boyfriend beating her. Niko takes Cherise to Northwood, not far from where Niko finds her. Niko approaches Cherise's boyfriend in the apartment courtyard. He warns him to stay away from Cherise, but the boyfriend denies. There are two possibilities to deal with the boyfriend.
1. Beat up the boyfriend. Doing this will result Cherise into thanking Niko for the help and with a positive result.
2. Kill the boyfriend. Doing so will result Cherise into being angry and tells Niko to stay away from her.
Either way, this will be the last appearance of Cherise in the game.
Afterwards, if Dwayne is alive (by choosing to kill Playboy X instead in "The Holland Play"), Niko calls him to inform him that he bumped into his ex-girlfriend and helped her out with man problems. Dwayne jealously asks Niko if he is seeing Cherise, but Niko denies this.
