Glitch works basically with soft reset on animation before fight. It just changes random stuff about every boss but skipping don't work every boss. It causes crashes and pretty much not any benefit on some other bosses. This run isn't that great overall on my opinion but glitch just saves ton of time anyway.
Skips to points when it is time to use glitches
Squid King: 1:10:10
Saki, Nana and Mio: 2:13:35 (they go pretty fast as it works on all)
Madragon: 3:44:55
Trent: 5:06:10 (you get to use Rapp after Milda fight. Rapp is just invisible. :p )
Baal 2: 7:29:40
3 last bosses: 8:55:30
