Grapple Tournament is a VR game currently available for Oculus Quest but planned to be released for Oculus Quest as well. It's a fast-paced FPS arena shooting similar to Unreal Tournament/Quake style of games. However, the cool thing is a Spider-Man like a grappling hook that allows you to move around the arena fast and confuse your opponents.

I play the demo version via Steam. The full game features multiplayer PvP, but in the demo, you can try single-player vs bots and see if you like it.
