The 4th Rebel Circuit stage I take on is the Highway, led by Bit, the Shift Circuit.

Bit has led the takeover of some highway trucks, stealing away potential essentials. He must be stopped!

Besides, Kernel can't run that fast the chase down Bit, himself.
----------

Past the very start of this stage, it all takes place on high-speed hovercars. Falling off from them is as lethal as touching spikes or falling down bottomless pits.

Since this is a very out-and-open kind of stage, the collectables here won't really be too hidden. Moreso they'll likely just be out of plain reach that you'll have to overcome with your manuvers. The Air Jumper chip will REALLY help out, here.

Some sections of this stage will have you riding on hoverbike, and during this, you will often have to dodge incoming rockets, if not outright knock them away with your attacks.

A miniboss you will fight here is the V. Assault Heli. A big target like this makes it pretty easy to hit with something such as a Cycle Kick Burst.
----------

The game would later seemingly have you fight another one of these helicopters, but then it gets destroyed by the main boss: Bit, the Shift Circuit.

He's less of a hothead and more of a hotshot, thinking so highly of his own world class speed. He Kai is to take back his trucks, "SHOW ME YOUR MOVES!".

This guy is pretty damn fast, even faster when he unleashes his Screen Divider Burst Technique. However, if you can catch up to him, then you'll be able to leave crawling to the finish line.
----------

After defeating and collecting four Circuits, something strange happens to Kernel for a moment. Something that Pat quickly notices...

But then Kernel manages to brush it off right before Kai returns.

After defeating the Shift Circuit, Kernel is glad that he won't have to chase him down, himself.
----------

If you found the Palette Chip from Bit's stage, you can pay Prim to give you the Speedy Teal alt color. This makes Kai faster and gives him a much longer slide. Absolutely PERFECT for speedrunning. I'd have to recommend taking on the Shift Circuit stage first to pick up this Palette Chip if you're a speedrunner.

Beating the Shift Circuit will also make Nega sell his Gravity Dash and Screen Interrupt as Burst Techniques.

The NPCs you'll get to talk to after rescuing them from Shift Circuit's stage is a kid bot named K.I.D. He loved playing ball with both Bit and Kai in the past, though this tended to annoy some of the other Circuits.

Talk to K.I.D enough, and he'll give you a ball to play with. That floating blue hoop is to play ball with, and some Achievements are locked behind scoring with the hoop, and doing it enough times without having the ball hit its rim.
