It works
The dealership inspected my 2018 CB1000R last month. On the way out the door they noticed the right fork seal was leaking fork oil and told me it was going to cost 350 bucks to replace the fork seals. I did some internet sleuthing and saw that cleaning the fork seal is an option. This thing actually works! I cleaned the leaking seal. It did leak slightly on the next ride but has since stopped completely. One of the 2 thin plastic tools deformed while using it so they are disposable. It worked though.
