Have you made grilled flat bread before?!

It’s one of my favorite ways to use leftover Naan or flatbreads and versions like this are so light and delicious!! Highly recommend trying it!

Ingredients:
• Veggies of choice, I used Asparagus, red bell pepper, and red onion.
• lemons cut in half
• Olive oil
• salt and pepper
• garlic or regular naan
• whole milk ricotta
• optional* Chimichurri for topping

Instructions:

1. Get your grill fired up with your favorite charcoal, and head back inside to get your veggies coated in olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.

2. Roast the veggies until tender and slightly charred, the first to finish will be the asparagus. I also recommend grilling some lemon halves, they make for a perfect finishing touch!

3. When all the veggies are done, set them aside and grill your naan or flat bread for 1.5-2 minutes!

4. Now we can put it all together starting with our grilled bread, a few dollops of ricotta, a drizzle of olive oil, some salt and pepper, our roasted veggies, and if you have it you can add some chimichurri!

5. Serve with the grilled lemons and enjoy!
