Pizza and Mac & Cheese both are incredible on their own, but this combo was perfection! Share this recipe with someone you know will love it!

Ingredients:
• 1 1/4 cup of whole milk
• 1 1/4 cup half and half
• 3 tbsp hot sauce
• 1 tbsp dry mustard
• 1/2 cup of pizza seasoning divided
• 4 tbsp butter
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1.5 - 2 lbs of cheese, freshly shredded
• 1 lb of noodle of choice
• Parmesan cheese
• Pepperoni
• Fresh Basil

Instructions : Can Be Made in Oven or Smoker!

1. Start by combining the milk, half & half, hot sauce, 2 tbsp of pizza seasoning, butter, and cream cheese in a cast iron skillet or baking dish, and get into a 225°F oven for about 30 minutes.

2. Par cook the noodles, follow package instructions but cut the cooking time down by 1-2 minutes.

3. Freshly shred the cheese, and once the noodles are drained (don’t rinse them!) you can add the cheese into the pot with the noodles.

4. Remove the liquid base mixture out and whisk it until smooth, add a little more pizza seasoning, then pour over the remaining ingredients in the pot.

5. Stir everything until well mixed, the. Pour back into the skillet or baking dish. Top it off with a 50/50 blend of the pizza seasoning and Parmesan cheese. I used about 1/4 cup each.

6. Bake or smoke at 350°F for about 30 minutes!

7. To make the pepperoni topping, just pan fry a dozen slices of pepperoni until crispy, and chop with about 4-5 basil leaves.

8. Remove from the oven or smoker, top with the pepperoni topping, and serve!
