Grim Nights 2 has a lot of character to it. You know what is coming and yet they start you out so peacefully. Forget to make stairs and....well, you end up like me for a few minutes of my gameplay.
What I Loved:
The Atmosphere is perfect. You know this isn't the normal world and you need to make due.
The characters grow and adapt. So they might suck at shooting but, over time, they may become your best shot.
No immediate danger except yourself to start.
What Was Rough:
Learning Curve got me hard. The stairs portion especially.
With no immediate danger, it was easy to get comfortable and feel more like a builder than anything. Then, danger just starts dropping on you.
Overall:
Worth the buy, especially at the price tag it asks for. If you're a side scrolling fan like I am, this will click all your boxes.
