When you reach the end of the game, you'll want to upgrade your weapons to the maximum. The Stump Lab Outpost will give you the recipes you need to do just that.
Some people describe this as a parkour lab, and they're not wrong. There are no enemies inside the lab, and it's incredibly short. If you don't know how to jump around the environment, or you haven't played the game in 3rd person yet, this might be a frustrating place to get through.
To unlock the Stump Lab, you'll need to enter a small outpost near the Pond Dome after you've completed the Black Anthill Lab (you need the Assistant Manager's Keycard to get in). Inside the underwater outpost, a button will unlock the entrance to the Stump Lab where you'll get the last Auxiliary Chip for BURG.L. This chip unlocks crafting recipes that allows you to upgrade weapons and armor to level 9.
