Get all your ingredients together, it's finally time to brew the Embiggening Cocktail! This will allow you to return to your normal size, thus completing the game. Completing this step will let you see 1 of 2 possible endings.
This video covers the final mission in the game. I'm giving you a SPOILER WARNING right now. Do NOT watch the video if you haven't completed the undershed lab, and if you want to see how the game ends for yourself, don't watch the end of this video either.
When you start the final mission, you'll need to bring 1 Bratburst bomb, 5 Berry Leather, 5 Koi Fish Scale, 5 Gum Nuggets, and 5 Toenails to the JavaMatic which is located to the far north of the upper yard (east of the shed). The final secret ingredient will be revealed when you complete the Undershed Lab.
Lots of materials are provided for you to help complete this massive defense mission, but I personally found it wasn't enough. I had to provide an additional ~200 mushroom bricks and ingredients for 30 Spike Strips. Splinter Traps would work better if you have it unlocked. Don't forget to also bring 100+ pebblets if you're using the turrets.
