Back when retro games were new games there were many games I played, but none stuck with me as much as the Wonder Boy series on Sega Master System and Sega Mega Drive / Sega Genesis. The series would be the first time I experienced many common gaming elements such as RPG's, adventures, and large stories, and would forever leave a lasting mark. In this video I look back at my story with these games and discuss growing up with Wonder Boy as one of my favourite classic game series.
