I believe this is a Sorra1-mod romhack made in collabration with Mark Kurko. I'm not sure in what way though.
This is the description they had on the mod.
"Explore the infested land behind the waterfall conquered by Grunty after she lost everything in Nuts & Bolts.
9 brand new worlds with 97 jiggies, 910 notes, and new music await you.
Stop her in her sinister plans and prevent her from gaining more power to take revenge on you.
Finish the game with 100% and collect a bonus item in each world, and a surprise awaits you."
If you would like to play this yourself, here is the link to the ROM patcher (https://patch.wedarobi.com/bk_stay_at_home). You will just need a clean ROM of Banjo Kazooie and a N64 emulator that is using Glide 64, like Kurko said above, to play it.
