The Pinnacle of V is more than just a graphics mod for GTA 5 – it overhauls the visuals, textures, vehicle handling, sounds, weapons and much more. A complete list of features can be found at the Pinnacle of V website. GTA V is running on very high graphics settings, which includes MSAA 4x + TXAA On and FXAA switched of. The rest of the settings is maxed out.
Warning: At the time we tried this mod (Version 1.8.1) we had trouble with oversaturation. We fixed this by using vanilla weather files. There is a fix for this problem that allows you to use the Pinnacle of V's weather files. Please read below, i posted the comment of the mod author.

The Pinnacle of V ist mehr als nur eine Grafik-Mod für GTA V – neben der Grafik, also Optik wie Beleuchtung, Kontrast, Farbsättigung und Texturen überarbeitet sie auch die Handhabung von Fahrzeugen, Töne, Waffen und vieles mehr. Alle Infos dazu gibt es auf der oben geposteten Website. GTA 5 läuft bei uns auf sehr hohen Grafik-Einstellungen. Wir haben MSAA 4x mit TXAA verwendet und FXAA aus gemacht. Der Rest auf maximal eingestellt.
Achtung: Wir haben die Version 1.8.1 benutzt, die offenbar ein Problem mit übersättigten Farben hat. Dafür gibt es einen Fix, den ich im Anschluss poste.
