We compare the graphics of Blizzard's Overwatch Beta on PC with low medium and epic graphics settings. Please note that this includes the render scale option, so there is upscaling and downscaling included . The scale menu is absolutely confusing since it does not tell the scale rate but only says Low medium High Ultra Epic. Blizzard clarified the option in a post, please see below.
