Oh boy, well it's the only way I'll ever hit 60FPS+ for GTA 5 on my Intel HD 4000 graphics. :|

Graphics settings:

EVERYTHING on low, at 800x600 with frame scaling set to 0.0005x, shadows also disabled.

Mods were used to mess around with the draw distance, blocky peds and water. You can get those below.
