Huang meets up with Heston behind a diner in Middle Park East and learns that Internal Affairs have seized Heston's car, with Heston wanting it back since it contains a lot of incriminating evidence against his own squad and since it has a sentimental value to him as it was a gift from his ex-wife. As the result, Huang finds himself chasing the car around Algonquin in order to protect it from Heston's squad who want to destroy it in order to also destroy the evidence within and get it back from the Internal Affairs. After securing it, having it repaired, destroying the evidence that was present in the vehicle and returning it to Heston, Huang is contacted by Lester who claims to have gotten himself into the Angels Of Death's inner circle and has an upcoming meeting with the gang leader's girlfriend during which he plans to ask her about possible informant in the gang, asking Huang to cover for him. He is also contacted by Rudy who tells him that he has a copy of the recording proving Jimmy Capra's guilt, calling Huang to meet him in Northern Holland...
