Huang meets up with Heston and is told that just before being discovered by Internal Affairs, his FIB insider told him that the file containing the Triad informant's identity is located in the encrypted file located within FIB's mainframe with Huang being sent to scout around FIB building at Star Junction in order to download the pieces of file by hacking into multiple Wi-Fi hotspots around the area. After successfully doing so, evading LCPD and sending the file to Heston, Huang meets up with him and finds out that cracked file revealed two names; Chan Jaoming and Zhou Ming who were talking to the FIB separately. Realizing that they will be killed and that he won't have a career-saving case, Heston decides to hide from the Internal Affairs, handing the file over to Huang so that he can finally clear up the situation with Hsin. Afterwards, Huang is contacted by Kenny who tells him that Hsin has finally lost patience with Huang, having ordered his men to shoot him on sight and calling a meeting at Libertonian Museum in Middle Park so that they can figure out what to do...
