GTA CW Tips and Tricks: Get Infinite Ammo for ANY Weapon Used in a Rampage (PSP ONLY)
0In this Video, I show how to acquire Infinite Ammo for ANY Weapon used in a Rampage by using a trick involving Taxi Driver and a Rampage.
The reason this only works on PSP and not Nintendo DS or Mobile (Android and iOS) is due to the fact you can not hold Taxi Driver on either of those Platforms! It was even recently confirmed and told to me that even on Nintendo DS, the moment you press Taxi Driver, it starts immediately, just like how Mobile is. There is no HOLDING IT, like you can do on PSP.
This is rather annoying to pull off and it's the closest thing to OM0 in Chinatown Wars! You have to park a Cabbie EXACTLY like you see in the Video. If you're too close or too far from the Rampage when Huang exits the Cabbie, or too far ahead of it or below it, you won't get this outcome! It's very, very specific on where exactly your Vehicle is parked and where exactly you exit the Vehicle and stand on the Rampage! Hold the button to start Taxi Driver and before it starts, exit the Cabbie. If done successfully, your screen will go black and all you have to do is rapidly press the Pause button to bring back the normal view. After doing this, unpause the game and simply stand exactly where the Rampage Icon usually would appear and allow Taxi Driver to end and the Rampage Icon to be picked up. If done successfully, just wait until the Rampage begins and now just hold Select to cancel the Rampage but as the Rampage fails, immediately jump forward off the Rampage Icon Location. If you have done it properly, you won't be on any Rampage any longer but you'll notice you have WHATEVER WEAPON USED IN THE RAMPAGE in your Inventory, but it'll also have INFINITE AMMO and can be kept forever!
The thing about this is, you want to do it AFTER 100% Completion just for fun or something. You don't want to do this, then SAVE YOUR GAME after doing it. Why? Because every time you activate Taxi Driver? You get +1 to Missions FAILED! Every time you touch the Rampage Icon? You get +1 to Missions ATTEMPTED! It doesn't matter if Taxi Driver or any Rampage is passed beforehand! If you touch the Rampage Icons and continuously activate Taxi Driver, you're getting Mission Failures and Attempts recorded and adding up in your Stats! Though, it's up to you. If you think having the Infinite Ammo on all Weapons in your Inventory is cooler than having clean Mission Failed/Attempted Stats in your Save, then by all means save your game after, or at the very least, in another Slot like I did for this Video at the end.
