Full Explanation of Acquiring the Debug Menu in GTA LCS (Uses OM0 - Read Description)

First thing is first. Since this is full blown cheating to me and uses OM0 for starters, the Video will contain Save States (and for a good reason). Who wants to sit through four plus minutes worth of waiting there with their thumb up their ass doing nothing while Rampage timers expire only to get unlucky with button mashing in the Cutscene? So yeah, Save States incoming...

Recently something was discovered in LCS using OM0 and the Story Mission Frighteners. You can acquire a Debug Menu (seems its only functionality is selecting ANY Mission at ANY time) which will allow you to obtain Special Vehicles in any order within the Story Missions and then apply all the Conversions like AP/TP Conversion, Heavy Conversion, and BP Conversion to such Vehicle Models, even some being EC. Lol, why not just use a Save Editor and make it quicker, right? Like I said, big time cheating.

This requires insanely perfect timing to pull off as well as spamming X at specific moments during the Cutscenes. If you're not successful, a VARIETY of things can occur. In all my attempts at this, I was wasted, I spawned in Staunton Island (got the loading screen) and then put right back in Portland at Sal's Mansion only to have all my Armor gone and 50% if not more of my Health, I had a black screen type of game crash where it was so bad that reloading the Save State didn't fix it and I had to close out of PPSSPP entirely just to try again, I had many "Mission Failed!" notices, eternal loading screens, and other type of game crashes! Sounds fun, right? Nope.

The idea is to get OM0 with the Police Car and the Rampage and then simply go to Sal's Mansion and wait for the Rampage timer to expire. After it expires, you will be able to start Missions again whilst Vigilante is still ongoing. Go into the Yellow Marker with roughly 2:41 left on the Vigilante timer and pray you get the right outcome to occur.

If you see FOUR red Blips on your Radar and are standing in Sal's Driveway, press R, Circle, and Down on the D-Pad to bring up the Debug Menu. Now, even if you are successful with bringing the Menu up, it's VERY strange in that when you press X to launch it (which will fail because Frighteners is still on going and you can't use the Mission Selector while on a Mission), NOTHING will happen! I am not sure what causes that, but it's very annoying. When you get lucky enough to launch the Debug Menu and it tells you it can't be done whilst on a Mission, that is the time to pass or fail Frighteners as I shown in the Video and then you can once again press R, Circle, and Down to bring the Debug Menu back up and warp to any Island and any Story Mission you want. I was just casually messing around in the Video. Lol at forgetting I was on the PSP Version in which has LOCKED doors to the Unique Maverick in False Idols. I am so used to PS2 and Mobile when it comes to that where the doors are NOT locked. I also obtain the H/EC Black Sentinel from A Walk in the Park for fun and then I do The Sicilian Gambit and fail the Mission and die in a ridiculous manner. Oh well, the Video is just for fun and to show this as well as EXPLAIN it! In the end, it's cheating and I wouldn't bother doing this ever again.
