In this Video, I start a New Game and do 1 Rampage, Firefighter Level 12, Buy 5 Safehouses and Store EC Admiral, Paramedic Level 12, Pizza Boy Level 10, 100 Taxi Driver Fares. I also get 5 random Hidden Packages out of 100, as well.

Since I am playing the Japanese Version rather than the standard USA PC Version of Vice City, GInput does NOT WORK at all for my PS3 Controller. So that means, all I can do is go to the Settings and change the Control Layout from Standard into Classic, and then map out Buttons to my PS3 Controller as best as possible. But, whoever designed such a system has a major flaw which is not allowing FULL SUPPORT for each Button on the Controller. So, no Pause Button, no L2/R2 Buttons, and no Rotating Camera on Foot. Due to no L2/R2 Buttons, that means, no SWITCHING ENEMIES after locking onto them in combat with a Weapon, must use L1/R1 instead which takes away using R1 as the Handbrake in Vehicles. I am also using the Tab Button on my Keyboard to buy Safehouses. Talk about a clusterfuck of being uncomfortable with all these new Controls because Rockstar was incompetent and couldn't just make the Controls work the first time around.

Um...During Firefighter why can't I knock anyone down with the water hose? That's the same nonsense that happens on Android and iOS. I thought on PC, this wasn't an issue and the water hose WOULD knock the peds on fire down. Apparently not. Is it like that on other PC Versions? Xbox? Because on PS2, the second the water touches a ped on fire, they are knocked down and just lay there on the ground next to the Vehicle they just stepped out of.

Oh, and notice...During that entire Level 12, did you see the water hose CHANGE DIRECTION even once? I don't think so. Why? Because the Right Analog Stick controls such function and I can't use that (all the same as what controls Tommy on foot to look around, can't be done). So yeah, you just saw me complete Firefighter Level 12 without any rotating water hose at all.

I actually had planned the Katana Rampage just north of the Pay and Spray in Ocean Beach BEFORE doing the Molotov Rampage and Firefighter, but guess what happened? When the Firetruck spawned, it actually put a fire out and when it did that, it swiveled the water hose itself. When I got into it and started Firefighter, it was on a 90 degree angle, thus, I failed around Level 3. Couldn't turn the hose. Need it straight. You see the Firetruck spawn in this Video and WITHOUT putting any fire out, thus I jacked a GOOD ONE. It annoyed me dying in the Katana Rampage and then idiotic stuff happening with the Firetruck hose right afterward.

Nice one, fucked up Taxi Driver. Great. Give me 30 seconds to reach the farthest distance away on the Map why don't you? You love doing this since you do it to me on PS2, Mobile, and now PC. Every time I start this junk, the first Fare is miles away, impossible to reach.

70 Taxi Fares in a row, then 30 to finish it in a row. I never crash. It's the dumb game making traffic worse during the Mission and then forcing some aggressive driver to ram the shit out of my Taxi, causing damage. If these dumb spawns wouldn't happen, could easily do 100 in a row without the Pay and Spray or exiting the Taxi, basically.

Maybe if I feel like it, I will record Run 5 and 6 or something. Unfortunately, I can't and WON'T record Run 2, 3, and 4 because those Runs consist of Hidden Packages, Rampages, and Stunt Jumps. I'd like to see you play TEN GTA's and memorize all possible locations for such nonsense. Since I don't obsess over one or two GTA's and repeat them for eternity, I always forget the locations as time passes so the way I do these is go to Youtube, find a Video Guide, and pause my game and the Youtube Video and do one by one like that. Want me to RECORD myself doing that, going on the Internet, and finding Tutorials? I don't think so. This is actually the ONLY REASON preventing me from showing FULL WALKTHROUGHS on assembling Starter Saves...Because this crap consists of Collectibles, Rampages, and Stunt Jumps. It's even worse how III and LCS and all, same Map. Oh, and VC and VCS and all, same Map. It all runs together and is so forgettable in my case. So that is the REASON I don't record stuff in full. I just show random Runs because of this. Though, there is none of the shit I speak about POST-Starter Save. So, that means, if people want to see the entire 45% through 100% with all Special Vehicles and EACH AND EVERY Run I do, I can EASILY show that since...It's not stupid Collectibles, Rampages, and Stunt Jumps and forgetting the dumb locations over and over. But yeah, nobody cares since all they want to do is download other people's work and cheat with OM0 these days, so why should I even waste my time with 3+ hour long Videos like this?
