GTA III Guide - Get To The Other Islands Early - Method #4
18This is a more obscure method to gain access to locked areas of the map. This one can be used to deliver vehicles (such as unique vehicles) to the other safe house garages while the other islands are still locked. To perform this glitch you must back up your car against the building and steer right to glitch through the wall on the left and the ground.
