Half an hour of me driving badly in Liberty City. Wanted to show how the game performs with all the mods mentioned in the title. Since I was going for something close to 60fps performance, you can tell that I'm using minimal AA smoothing. You can go for much nicer smoothing but it will turn GTA IV into a 30fps game on anything lower than a gtx690. This video shows a full day-night cycle, some racing and an indoor cut scene. Spoiler alert if you don't want to see any part of the plot. Sorry for the lack of audio, forgot to switch my PC from SPDIF to HDMI audio output before recording :P
