Welcome to my Special Vehicle Guide for GTA LCS! This Video will show you how to obtain the H/EP (Heavy / Explosion Proof) Speeder from "The Sicilian Gambit" with Mission Failure since it's the only way possible. Heavy is referring to Vehicle's in which have a greater weight and can smash other Vehicles in traffic around without any effort.

Where Things Take Place in the Video:

0:15 - 0:45 - Parking a MARKED H/DP Vehicle (Sentinel in this case) in the location shown in the Video since I will be using it later on to push the H/EP Speeder back to the Garage

3:00 - 8:45 - Obtaining the H/EP Speeder from "The Sicilian Gambit"

8:50 - 10:25 - Driving the H/EP Speeder to the location shown in the Video and beaching it so I can push it back to the Garage

10:30 - 19:05 - Pushing the H/EP Speeder back to the Garage to store it

19:25 - 21:17 - After saving the game, reloading the Save and checking on the H/EP Speeder to show it off as well as proving the H/EP Properties

***The Method I show in the Video will ONLY WORK for the PSP Versions of GTA LCS. The reason for this is simple and it's because blown up wrecks of Vehicles do NOT restore in the Garages on any PS2 or Mobile (Android/iOS) Version of LCS.

Note that you DO NOT NEED a Marked H/DP Vehicle for pushing, but it'll come in handy and make this task much less frustrating in the end. If you choose not to use a H/DP Vehicle, then you'll have to use random, large Trucks that spawn in traffic and when one of them breaks down, you'll need to get another and continue pushing, all while making sure you are looking at the H/EP Speeder Wreck so it doesn't vanish!

You CAN PASS the Mission and obtain this H/EP Speeder, but it'll required your Garage to be fully infected with the "Marked Virus" in all four slots! It'll also require MUCH more luck and patience to pull off. The reason why it's so annoying to obtain with passing, not to even mention how it can very easily vanish when you push it into the Garage, is because once you reach the Lighthouse, you'll need Salvatore to REMAIN on the land without following you as you board the H/EP Speeder and drive away. If you succeed, you'd beach it and do everything as shown in the Video, but after storing the H/EP Speeder, you'd then go BACK to the Lighthouse and finish off the Mission like normal and confirm the H/EP Speeder in the Garage afterward. Again, this ONLY WORKS if you have your Garage infected with the "Marked Virus" and it'll ONLY WORK on PSP. Here is what I mean about Marked Vehicles - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQ5VkvVPfn8
