Here is a easy tutorial on how to place cars in game with IMG Tool. The car I placed in game failed, because I had to edit some line or something so always read the Readme for more information.
Use Player.img for player stuff like clothing and GTA3.img for cars.
To play mods you need to have downgraded your game to version 1.0 or 1.1.
