
GTA TBoGT - Going Deep to Departure Time (No Failures) (PC)
It's so annoying when you forget about a single enemy in a Mission and where it spawns. I take cover RIGHT NEXT TO an enemy in Departure Time, which removed all my Health and Armor to where it was a tiny blinking red dot. One more bullet, I would of died and had to redo the entire hour's Run and I wasn't going to do that since it was such a nice day out today. Wanted this Run to be done first try, so you will see me pick up a First Aid Kit during Departure Time to prevent death and wasted time. The reason I hate doing that is due to the fact it's recorded in the Stats. For Save Assembling I can't/won't do that, but for such Videos, oh well.
I intended to do Bang Bang to Departure Time, but during Going Deep, some strange stuff kept happening to me, which would be after 40 Minutes worth of playing, thus I wasn't going to keep repeating that. For instance, idiot Timur died a couple of times. Dipshit walked right into flames on the ground and then layed there flopping around like a fish out of water. Continued to lay there as NOOSE and FIB piled up and pumped him full of lead. Always Missions where you need to babysit people, ugh. Those ruin Runs for me all the time.
Anyone notice how the combat system is slightly worse for TBoGT compared to TLaD? I can't even do headshots so well because of this and when you do get a headshot, you are aiming into the air a bit after the fact. Doesn't happen in TLaD, but happens in TBoGT. The combat is made worse. Doesn't happen in IV, either.
Lol at skipping the Cutscene in Departure Time and spamming X. Because of that, I opened the Parachute very early and wasted some time getting down to land to finish the Mission. Happened during my 100% Save a month or so ago, as well. Really annoying.
More Missions would of been higher percentages and/or 100% but due to STARTING a lot of Missions with around half of my Health remaining, the dumb game counts that as "Player Damage" for each and every Mission you do with such low Health. That's idiotic. It should only count for your damage taken DURING said Mission with said 100% Requirements. Take "This Ain't Checkers" for instance. I don't get 100% on said Mission (it's shown in the first of these three Videos) because of Player Damage, yet, during the Mission, I take literally NO damage and do it perfectly. Oh, and it's also funny how "Frosting on the Cake" never shows up in the Pause Menu Stats, but I got 100% on that. It DOES show up in your Phone and selecting said Mission on a Replay which then it'll show the percent you achieved on it.
Well, done with Mission Videos for a long while. Just got IV, CW, and V to show at a later date. When I get to GTA V, I will be also trying for Headshots and also as many 100%/Gold on the Story Missions as I can, too. As for Save Assembling, just GTA IV and SA to go. Next, I will plan for my 11.95% Starter Save for GTA IV. Won't start for a couple of weeks or longer still. Tired of all things GTA, really. 2022 can't come sooner, because then I will be done with all of this. Mark my words.
