Spoiler Alert: The GTX 960 can max out GTA V (minus anti-aliasing). I give a thorough demonstration of a GTX 960 FTW Edition, 4GB of VRAM card. Furthermore, I demonstrate the benefits of using a high refresh rate monitor, even with a card like the GTX 960.
