NVIDIA ShadowPlay is NVIDIA's game capturing software built in with GeForce Experience. It's like Fraps or Dxtory, but is specifically for NVIDIA GPUs of the GTX 600-series and higher (laptop GPUs GTX 660M and higher), and offers better performance during clip capture compared to most screen recorders, better quality clips, and drastically smaller file sizes, among other features I can't recall at the moment. Of course, those already using ShadowPlay know all of this, this is just a crash course for those who have no clue what this is.

That being said, after being informed by a friend how to use it, I've decided to test ShadowPlay on the most resource-intensive game on my computer, GTA V. Compared to any previous screen recorder I've used for V, ShadowPlay maintains 60 FPS much better than anything previously used, however still introduces brief moments of lag (as y'all can see towards the beginning and end of this video), though this is simply because the game is as resource-intensive as it is.

It is advised that you watch in 720p60 HD for optimal viewer experience, that and 60 FPS videos played at 30 FPS look like shit
