In this Video, I show how to obtain the EC White FQ 2 from Trevor's Strangers and Freaks Mission, "Vinewood Souvenirs - Al Di Napoli." After I obtain it, I reload the Save and show that it's still there.

Simply start the chase and track down the Vehicle of choice and obtain it. Then LONG RETRY the Mission for the Body Colors and Lusters to change. Rinse and repeat until something Special that you like spawns.

Al Di Napoli is one of four Missions which contain so-called "Napoli Colored" Vehicles, which are Vehicles found in Chase Sequences in Missions that are Special with a RANDOM Body Color and RANDOM Luster (Lusters need the usual Lustering Techniques to be changed). You really need to understand Special Vehicles in the HD Era and especially GTA V to understand this kind of Logic and to know for sure which Vehicles are Special and which not. Will most likely go over a lot of people's heads.

Note that the Vehicles parked by the Sidewalk are NOT Special, only those which are being driven on the Street are Special!

There is a total of 16 OBTAINABLE Special Vehicle Models with Random Colors to appear in this Mission and the FQ 2 is the fourteenth one. Note that some Vehicle Models appear ONCE and others appear MULTIPLE TIMES.

These Mission Scripted Traffic Vehicles from Al Di Napoli behave like nothing seen before in GTA V. These Vehicles spawn in RANDOM Body Colors which the Game picks from a set of possible Primary and Secondary Color Combinations. Each Vehicle can get any of those Random Colors from that Set, some of them will be EC, some EC2, some won't be EC at all. On top of that, the Vehicle's STANDARD Lusters from Traffic spawn, making only some Color Combinations Special, some not.

Here is ALL POSSIBLE Body Colors in which can spawn on these 16 total possible Vehicle Models in the Mission: Worn White, Metallic Black Steal, Metallic Silver, Metallic Shadow Silver, Metallic Red, Metallic Taxi Yellow, Metallic Olive Green, Metallic Dark Blue, Metallic Surf Blue, Metallic Ultra Blue, Metals Brushed Steel (with Metallic Black Secondary)

Body Colors where the FQ 2 will be EC - Worn White

Body Colors where the FQ 2 won't have Special Colors at all - Metallic Black Steal, Metallic Silver, Metallic Shadow Silver, Metallic Red, Metallic Taxi Yellow, Metallic Olive Green, Metallic Dark Blue, Metallic Surf Blue, Metallic Ultra Blue, Metals Brushed Steel (with Metallic Black Secondary) (DO NOT obtain these ones as they are NOT Special!)

Possible Lusters that can spawn on the FQ 2, NONE Special - Metallic Dark Silver, Metallic Blue Silver, Metallic White, Metallic Torino Red, Metallic Green, Metallic Olive Green, Metallic Sea Green, Metallic Surf Blue, Metallic Sun Bleeched Sand

There is TWO Special Lusters that can spawn, but only in theory, as they seem impossible to actually get and those are Utility Medium Brown and Utility Sea Foam Blue. Utility Sea Foam Blue would NOT be special on the Metallic Dark Blue FQ 2, either!
