GTA III Tips and Tricks: Mission Scripted Passengers for DP Conversion (For Mobile Players)
0In this Video, I show how to convert a Police into DP form using Misty from the Mission "Drive Misty for Me." After I convert it to DP and pass the Mission, I reload the Save and show that it's still there as well as the DP Property.
Note that the Police, Enforcer, and FBI Car are ONE TIME ONLY in GTA III despite the DP Conversion being available at any stage of the game (with the Taxi Trick for all other Platforms EXCEPT Mobile). Listed below are ALL POSSIBLE Story and Side Missions in which have a passenger and can be used in the DP Conversion on Mobile and WITHOUT the Taxi Trick:
Luigi's Girls
Drive Misty for Me
The Fuzz Ball
The Getaway
Triads and Tribulations
Kanbu Bust-Out
Deal Steal
Liberator
Marked Man
Rumble
Note that MOST of these Missions if not ALL of them can be PASSED whilst converting your Vehicles into DP form and some can even be used to convert MULTIPLE Vehicles into DP form all during the same Mission and then pass it afterwards.
***BEWARE*** of Missions like Kanbu Bust-Out and Deal Steal, though! If you fall into Blue Hell with your passenger after the Vehicle is in Ghost form, another Blip will be added to the Radar on top of another Blip. Continue doing this? You'll have many Blips sitting on top of each other and only can use an Editor to fix them as they are permanent! So be careful when using those kind of Missions and converting MULTIPLE Vehicles into DP form before passing the Mission at the end.
Even though you can use the Taxi Trick to convert a Police Vehicle into DP form, I do NOT recommend doing that, and especially saving the game over top of it, as well. When you do this, you'll have MANY Blips on your Map for Taxi Driver and Vigilante and it's permanent! Don't be an idiot and use Mission Scripted Passengers for Police Vehicles and don't be an idiot and use Mission Scripted Passengers on Mobile so you can upgrade all of your Special Vehicles!
