In this Video, I show how to do Paramedics Level 15, but without having to actually drive back to the Hospital to drop off any Patients! It works on both PS2 and PSP.

Since Paramedics Level 15 is already passed (and without this actual Method I am showing in the Video) in my Starter Save, I am beginning on Level 16 rather than Level 1. This trick will work on any Level, of course, but it's most effective beyond Level 3 since the Ambulance USUALLY can only hold 3 Patients, but with this Method, you can technically "hold" infinite since the moment the Patient enters, they will exit, as if you took them back to the Hospital but are not!

Make sure to rip the driver's side door off the Ambulance for optimal success with this. The idea is to let a Patient enter the back end of the Ambulance and when they touch the doors, just exit the Ambulance and wait a few seconds before entering it and they should exit as I show in the Video 13 out of 16 times with 16 total Patients.

Using this Method, you can greatly reduce the Total Playing Time Stat in a 49.20% (PS2 Percentage Only) Starter Save! It's not like doing Paramedics Level 15 the "normal" way is difficult, but it takes a LONG TIME in VCS (a couple of hours), so this Method can be used to reduce the time needed to complete it!
