In this Video, I show how to get the BF Injection over to Staunton Island at the beginning of the game for Car-azy Car Give Away before passing "Driving Mr. Leone" Story Mission.

***You will NEED the H/UH/WP PCJ-600 from 9MM Mayhem before attempting this. As long as 9MM Mayhem AS WELL AS Scooter Shooter AND AWOL Angel is passed, you will NOT get any added Mission Attempts from obtaining the PCJ-600!***

The BF Injection is located in Portland on the Beach near Salvatore's Mansion. I had it in my Garage before the Video so it would go faster.

Hookers will never enter the BF Injection, so you can NOT use the Crusher and Ghost it through the Subway!

This task is once again something I personally wouldn't bother doing in a Starter Save and would once again rather wait until AFTER passing "Driving Mr. Leone" to accomplish since you will always have to come back to Portland after the Mission, anyways, to get the Thunder-Rodd from the Old School Hall Parking Lot near the Callahan Bridge for Car-Azy Car Give Away (Import/Export). You can easily just make a couple trips for the Hidden Package, Thunder-Rodd, BF Injection, and even Hellenbach GT if you haven't already delivered it for Import/Export. It's up to you if you want to deliver this BF Injection early, but it's not saving you really any time in the end.
