Kill 20 Cops in 60 seconds with a flamethrower.

one of the notorious "impossible" kill frenzies in GTA2's Residential city. i did complete it once with this strategy, but didn't film it. it took many failed attempts to get a run this good.

work your way up to a four cop wanted level any way you please, then drive a fast car up and down the road south of the kill frenzy until you encounter a road block. bail out of your car somewhere in the center and all cops should pursue you on foot, including any cops that were pursuing you in their vehicles and cops that spawn on sidewalks. the goal is to get as many cops to follow you to the kill frenzy as possible, so you can kill them as soon as you start it.

i'd suggest running east down the large six lane road as the two lane road north of the kill frenzy can get clogged with traffic easily, stopping cops from driving close to you. you'll also have a higher chance of running into another road block, which will have many cops for you to kill.

the main reasons this kill frenzy is so difficult is due to the low time limit and the high damage threshold of SWAT and Special Forces, who take around 13 seconds to burn to death. you'll also see i encounter a bug at 2:49 where the cops get out of their car but subsequently get back in and decide to ignore me.
