You will need to climb to an altitude of at least 2-3k feet. The more the higher your stacked speed will be.

How does this thing work?
For some reason, the Nagasaki Ultralight can climb vertically without stalling at all (see the stable VSI at the start of the video while moving ~90° up) and stacks up its air speed when descending.
Since it is a lightweight, open aircraft it cannot climb as high as others (only ~4.9k feet instead of ~7.9-8k). At the maximum possible altitude it will stall no matter what and make the nose of the aircraft buckle down (like with all other non-heli aircraft).

As you can see you reach really high speed: at 1:38 the ASI flips over a full circle (180 knots), around 1:50 the air speed is around 300 (!!) knots but it even goes higher later in the video.

It will start slowing down to the normal ~40-60 knots when you reach about 500 feet altitude so if you want to fly fast don't fly lower than that.

Here is a nice guide for the flight instruments if you have no clue wat do: http://gtaforums.com/topic/782746-the-aviation-mega-thread/

too long, didn't watch, didn't read: climb to an altitude of at least 2-3k feet and start speeding downwards. Start pulling your aircraft into a horizontal plane at around 1.5k ft because if you do it later you will probably dip below 500ft and slow down to normal speed.

Sorry for the 720p, it recorded in 1914x1052 instead of 1080p for some reason.
