READ DESCRIPTION: Getting the game to stay at 60fps, at all times, in 4K, with a GTX 1070 is difficult, and possibly not realistic. But making two tweaks to the Ultra preset can keep the game close enough to satisfy most people, in my opinion.

In case the video doesn't make it obvious, the settings are:
The Ultra preset, then uncheck Screen Space Reflections and "64bit Render Targets." That's it. You can also lower or disable AA, if you want, but I chose to keep AA on.

You could turn even more settings down, or disable AntiAlisasing, but this is probably going to be the most bang for the buck, as far as keeping eye candy, and keeping decent performance.

This was recorded with ShadowPlay, and that did affect performance. Without recording, the game has been much closer to 60fps, most of the time, but it still does have frame rate dips. Again, it is not realistic to expect a single GTX 1070 to play the game, at a locked 4K 60fps, and keep most of the eye candy.

Keep in mind, this is without mods. This is Skyrim Special Edition "vanilla."
