This was recorded with Nvidia's ShadowPlay, which affects performance. And this GTX 1080 is overclocked. With that said, when I'm not recording, the game "wants" to run at a solid 60fps, at the Ultra preset, and it tries to, but it does not always succeed. In some areas, it will offer a reliable 60fps, but in many other areas, the frame rate fluctuates regularly.

As far as "worst case" scenarios go, the game can go down to 45fps, from time to time. The biggest annoyance is the fluctuating frame rate, though. To get rid of that, you'll likely have to turn down a setting or two.
