Overall, it's a pretty solid 60fps experience, on this configuration, which is a mildly overclocked 4690K and a factory overclocked RX 480. There are some frame rate drops, here and there, but nothing too terrible.

NOT featured in this video: Out of curiosity, I underclocked the 4690K to 3.5Ghz (effectively removing its boost), to see how it would do with a more slowly clocked i5, and the game could mostly play at 60fps, but there were several frame rate dips. I'll be posting a video of that soon. I only mention it here, in case people with lower clocked i5's were wondering what they might be able to expect. (still, underclocking a 4690K isn't apples to apples, the same, as using a different i5... I mainly did this out of curiosity and to see if that info might help some people)

I am also going to disable V-Sync, via the game's INI files, to see what kind of frame rate the game "could" be getting, but keep in mind that disabling V-Sync for this game sometimes makes it play pretty horribly. (in case you don't know, this game, and Fallout 4, have V-Sync enabled, by default, and you actually have to change the INI files to disable it) Once I have the video, disabling V-Sync, uploaded, I'll post a link to it, in this description box.

i5 4690K (overclocked: 4.2Ghz)
16GB RAM
MSI Gaming X RX 480 (factory overclocked: 1303Mhz)
SSD
Windows 10
