If you just want to know if the game can be played at the Ultra preset, in 1080p, the answer is yes. It won't keep 60fps, but it will be close enough for most people most of the time. But if you want to see, in depth, how the game performs, you pretty much have to watch the whole video. The more I played, the more I noticed performance problems pop up. I eventually started live benchmarking the game to figure out how to get the frame rate to be a stable 60fps. There was a lot of trial and error. It turned out that changing one setting seemed to keep 60fps, but it took me a while to get there.

This video shows the High, Very High, and Ultra presets. It also shows what I consider the "best" settings to be to keep 60fps and still have the game look good. I show the game with Vsync on and with Vsync off.
