Guardians Frontline. This mission was a bit longer, so I had to make two videos. We have a new misson to defend the base and the miner. A payload escorted with defensive positions. The hologram blueprint is actually very helpful, so definitely study it before heading out. The Ai robot informs you that there is a storm, so you have a limited time window to get down to the planet. As well as an increase in bugs in the area. Down into the canyon, we go to the first base point to defend. A key aspect of this mission is that you have to protect the base and the miner Droid. You can repair them if they get damaged. In a few of my recording attempts, I failed because I forgot to protect the miner. Your left hand has a mini map that detects enemies and tells you how much time for each wave, really helpful. Two combat droids are gifted to you. They remind me of Chappie. You can give them lots of instructions. I personally like to have them follow me most of the time. A quick little wave of flying bugs is no problem for us. Another mini wave and the first defense point is succure. The game tip is actually fairly useful for a larger number of droids, draw a circle around them, and select a point for them to go to. I personally didn't want to at that moment, so I just scraped the. Multiple movement options and telaport spots lead the way to the next objective. I forgot to use the Jetpack a lot, but it's great for traversal. Next base defense about to start I set up cannons, some accompanied by droids. Positioned to defend all three sides of attack, allowing me freedom to move around helping either the miner or the base. Few waves down a few more to go. Roar! A giant scorpion bug! That has some serious firepower and health. Luckily, I came prepared with a futuristic rocket launcher! It looks awesome. I love the little details on all the weapons! You don't start with it, I personally equipped it before the mission. On the ship, in the menu, is an option for weapons you can buy and unlock more as you progress. Three shots from the rocket launcher and kaboom go the bugs. I totally derp out and forget how to get my main weapon back. Lucky the lazer pistol is pretty powerful. You can hold the trigger down and spray or manually shoot each shot. And another successful base defense on to the point. This is part 1.
