Sanctum Cay is a relatively easy mission since the 2011 update, when developers changed the behaviour of the white mantle and Khilbron. Get the scepter, find the Restless Spirit, go to Vizier Khilbron, take the spirit back to his grave, reach the docks and get on the boat.
