You let them jump 2k and pesky ninja weebs will do it all day, because why wouldn't they if it works. The move is tricky to punish even if you have meter, there are some 1 bar routes for big damage with a WB, but they are very inconsistent. Whether you can do them or not depends on how far in the air Chipp is when you hit him, the angle, etc...
Personally I find both 6P and 2H not the best answer, though you should not take that for granted ofc, go and experiment yourself and remember to tell this boy if you find better punishes. I'd appreciate that.
The last route is something I would probably never do in a real match, but I think it's worth exploring the possibilities anyway. Surprisingly you can throw Chipp out of j2k, keep in mind you can most likely convert that into additional damage with RC.
Examples with red RC imply down drift red RC. It kills the momentum for Chipp, which makes it much more consistent (compared to PRC) if you hit him at the weird angle, and it also takes you to the ground where you can deal the most damage.
