Guitar Hero DLC - Sound of Madness (Expert Vocals FC - 112k)
5It's Friday, and you know what that means - time to look at the new additions to the GH music store.
This week sees the conclusion of what has been a brilliant month of DLC for July 2010, and that is the Shinedown track pack. Like All Time Low before it, I knew absolutely *nothing* about the band, so I've had to approach with caution and decide to host the toughest of the lot here.
But what a toughie it was - "The Sound of Madness", marked with an intensity of 7, had a load of stuff going in for it. Off-key notation during the verses, a pseudo-bluesy chorus line, a breakdown to test the bowels of my lungs, and an intro that apparently I can only hit once out of every 20 times or so in the original octave. -__- There may be a lot more that puts this one on the map, but I still say that it was one heck of a challenge.
