This seems like one of the hardest Psikyo shooter games I've ever seen with lots of enemy bullets on shown and this isn't like the bullet-hell shooter games where you can slow yourself down to dodge lots of incoming enemy bullets.
Like the Dragon Spirit boss rush challenges in Antstream Arcade, this one involves tackling first five bosses. You do get infinite lives but for each boss battle, you play as a different character at lowest firepower.
I forgot to mention that the game screen may become blurry on Antstream Arcade when there are so many enemy bullets on screen. It's not just shmup games from Cave you may encounter such issue on but also other games from other game companies. This may be a hinderance to your run but other technical incompetencies like frame-skip, input-lag, etc., will be more annoying.
