GYROSCOPE II (ZX SPECTRUM - FULL GAME)
12Zeus presents Gyroscope II (un-emulated) for the zx spectrum, a true classic from the golden era of spectrum gaming which must not be forgotten alongside the software house and all programmers that were involved in making this game.
Year of release: 1987
Bit of a rarity this, no footage of this exists on youtube until now that is, not a true official sequel to Gyroscope from Melbourne House (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5dpA2x5RPjk), I believe this was created using the spectrum Marble Madness Construction Set because the sound fx are exactly the same, same baddies and even the main sprite is a ball...not a gyroscope so why it's called Gyroscope II is beyond me.
Anyway, that aside, the game takes place on one large colour changing level rather than several small levels where you must guide the ball down the paths avoiding the baddies and also not going over the edge, the game loops back to the start when completed.
Nice to have in the collection as an unofficial Gyroscope sequel.
I have used the infinite time poke (cheat) so I could upload the entire game for your viewing pleasure.
