Note: I tried Nightmare! Difficulty at first with no spawning options from GZDoom, but the enemies still spawned. What I was trying to do was play the game in the hardest mode, with cheats (like infinite ammo or potentially no spawning), where I could still beat the game. Nightmare! untouched was too hard. Nightmare! with infinite ammo was too hard. Nightmare! with infinite ammo and all weapons was too hard. My next step was Nightmare! with infinite ammo, all weapons, and no spawning... but it didn't work. So my next step was this, Ultra-Violence with infinite ammo (and perhaps I didn't need infinite ammo but I wanted to have fun).

Doom Difficulty modes:

1. I'm too young to die
2. Hey, not too rough
3. Hurt me plenty (default)
4. Ultra-Violence
5. Nightmare!
