First, please remember that different computers will net different results. I will be as helpful as I can answering questions, if anybody asks, but it may take me a minute to respond. If you have a potato, don't expect this guide to perform a miracle. Follow all of the directions to a tee, and good luck on achieving the FPS you wish to gain.
The settings shown on the left side during the video are the settings I used to record with, if anybody is curious. It runs at about 40-70 FPS most of the time. With this guide I managed to get FPS all the way up to 118 outside of busier areas(like PV) using the lower end configs.
Be sure to backup your config before doing anything. Just click the link, and then paste over your old config settings. Open your config - Erase everything - Copy and paste settings from link above into your config - Be sure to save as UserOptions.ini - Go outside in your front yard and spin around in circles, screaming, "BEEEESSS!!!" - Be sure file is in the H1Z1 directory and Read Only is checkedorino.
Don't be afraid to tinker with the config, to get your game to the point of where you are maximizing FPS, while enjoying the best quality that your system can handle. If it's backed up on your system, all you have to do is place the copy back into your H1Z1 directory. Easy peazy. If you forget to back it up, just delete the UserOptions.ini and you will get a new, default one.
I know that's the exact same stuff from the last FPS video up above, but nothing has changed. I hope this nets you some awesome FPS gains. Thank you for watching!
