This is at best an underwhelming exit map with how empty it is and how much of a non-event what is in the map ends up being, but it's kinda nice also to end on that, at least from the perspective of a sweep, it was a chill enough time to get this run. It's kinda a cute map anyway, the doomcute is alright, and the interpretation Grazza had of the spawner being presents sent out from the north pole is also fun to consider. No icon is also a plus, and somehow, simple chill exploration is very fitting for the last map of a Christmas set anyway.

The max still ended up being a bit of a grind, funnily enough, mostly due to the lack of health and start. The map is very easy if you just take everything slow, but if you try to rush, the hitscan adds up quickly, so you end up dying often in the shotgunner room towards the end. Even with good health that room is very dangerous, though partially it was my fault for a while opening the switches in the wrong order. The demon teleports are also a pain; they usually get mostly telefragged, but it's like 30-50% of the time that they actually all get telefragged instead of having more than two left, and extra SSG shots add time quick (sometimes you have like five left = instant reset). Even then, the telefrags aren't always the same speed, and it seems totally random how quickly that room goes. The imps at the start don't open the door for you always either, so that's another annoying source of early resets.

This time I nearly died in the shotgunner room, which is also dangerous cuz the last shotgunner can kill you (didn't happen here). Getting an improvement over Veinen took like ten attempts, but sub-1:30 eventually materialized as a reasonable clean goal, and at this point, my goal is to be done with this WAD, so I set it as the hard limit for when I stop. 1:29 just barely clears it, and there's definitely room for improvement, but I'm ready to move onto some other runs at this point lol. Funnily, I expected Pacifist to be the rough one here, and it was, but I got a really good time there by luck early on, and this one that was supposed to be chill took like double the attempts. It is how it is, heh.
