HADES Battle Final Fantasy IX
Preparation,Equipment and Abilities are shown in the Video
I was using 4 melee characters (Zidane,Freya,Amarant,Steiner) only because they are my favorites,this battle can be won with any of the other remaining characters as well
The biggest problem comes from Hades if he uses his Powering Sword,he prepares it for 3 rounds and then he can attack you either with Curse or Doomsday,against Doomsday it is very easy to get protected since it is Shadow Elemental,but Curse is a problem,it causes random status effects,so try to have all the status protection abilities equipped
Try to have Auto Life equipped on all or any characters,and if not,use Amarant's Aura in battle to get it
Stealing Items can be optional because by the time you get to him you should already have multiples of these Items (Reflect Ring, Running Shoes, Battle Boots, Robe of Lords)
If you fight him after defeating Ozma you have a bit of additional dialogue before the battle begins
After winning the battle,you get access to his Synthesis Shop in which you can synthesize some very rare items
