This is Hades - Early Access: The Big Bad Update! Starts after the previously final boss so Chamber 40 until what I believe is the very end of Zagreus's journey.

There is a whole new area - Temple of Styx and the final boss, Lord Hades, in addition new to enemies, dialogues, navigation, boons and powers changes, combat updates and more!
