The glitch ends when you exit the airboat. To execute the glitch you need to grab the airboat using charged gravity gun, then left click while under the water and immediately press E to enter the airboat before it will float to the surface. It's not possible to do without using developer commands. You will need to use these commands:
sv_cheats 1; give weapon_physcannon (if you don't have a gravity gun); physcannon_mega_enabled 1; ch_createairboat (if you don't have an airboat)
