Chapter Information: Inside the frozen corridors leading to the Borealis, Bad Cop, and Wilson deal with the traps left behind by Clone Cop whilst also encountering bizarre temporal anomalies.
Coming face to face with Clone Cop, at last, Bad Cop and his rouge counterpart then engage in an intense battle which ends with Bad Cop managing to beat Clone Cop with Wilson getting severely damaged in the process.
Managing to venture forward into a large cavern, Bad Cop and Wilson work with the remaining Combine Soldiers to eliminate the last of the Resistance forces and Zombie creatures that attempt to prevent Bad Cop from moving ahead.
After successfully surviving the large ambush, Bad Cop and Wilson enter the underground cavern where the Borealis is stored before Wilson encourages Bad Cop to make the right decision and prevent the Borealis from falling into the hands of the Combine.
Arriving at the Borealis at last, Bad Cop uploads Wilson into the Artificial Intelligence mainframe, Bad Cop and Clone Cop have one last conversation before the Combine Advisor appears and informs Bad Cop that will he be rewarded for his service in securing the Borealis for the Combine.
However, Bad Cop discovers his mind will be erased which causes Bad Cop to turn against the Combine Advisor and engage in a destructive and chaotic battle which ends with the Combine Advisor killed in the process.
After managing to cause significant damage to the Borealis, Bad Cop is sucked in before reawakening on the ship next to the G-Man in a futuristic time anomaly.
Following a key conversation between the G-Man and Bad Cop which ends with Bad Cop's genetic template being destroyed, the G-Man transports Bad Cop back in time before a mysterious event causes him to leave Bad Cop behind.
Reawakening in the present day, Bad Cop discovers that the Combine have once again captured him only for Wilson to then successfully rescue Bad Cop by having been uploaded as an Artificial Intelligence.
With a new objective in mind, Bad Cop and Wilson begin planning ahead with Bad Cop facing an optimistic future without the Combine controlling his actions like a slave anymore.
